What we collect
We collect it only through the consultation form on this website. There is no sign-up, so we do not collect a login ID or a password.
- Required: name, email address, country of residence
- Optional: phone number, age, how long the hair loss has been going on, when you would like surgery, how you would like us to reply, and your enquiry
- Collected automatically: the address of the page the form was sent from, and the tracking values attached to the link you arrived through
Photographs are not taken through the form. If you send photographs by KakaoTalk or email, we look at them during the consultation only and do not keep them separately.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange an appointment
- To count which routes enquiries arrive through. Names and contact details are not used for this.
We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing messages without separate consent.
How long we keep it
We destroy it no later than 12 months from the day we receive it, and sooner once the consultation is closed. Medical records that the Medical Service Act and other laws require us to keep are held separately for the period those laws set.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share it.

We use the services below to hold enquiries safely. They may not use the information for anything other than storing and transmitting it.

You may refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. If you do, we cannot accept an online consultation request. Phone and KakaoTalk remain open to you.
